Halloween Party

The Gillette Police Department comes to our class and discusses Halloween safety with the students. We wear costumes, paint pumpkins, make slime, play games, and eat lots of yummy Halloween treats. Its a party full of high energy and lots of sugar.
Pilgrims, Indians, & a Thanksgiving Feast

We learn about the pilgrims, the indians, and the first Thanksgiving. We play games, make pilgrim and indian hats, sing and dance, then top off the party with a full feast for the family, complete with Turkey and all the sides!

Winter time is such a special time of year. Our scholars take the stage and perform for family and friends in an evening Christmas music program titled "It's Christmastime!" We invite Santa to come celebrate the season with us. Children climb upon his knee and put in one last Christmas wish before he takes his big flight around the world.

Opening a present is so much fun. Giving a gift to a friend is even more fun. We have a classroom gift exchange, decorate gingerbread houses, eat lots of frosting and candy, and do an art project. Then we go on vacation for two weeks. Happy Holidays everyone!

Easter egg hunt, bunny cakes, life size Easter basket play, games and more! It's the perfect time to bask in the sunshine and celebrate warmer weather, green grass, and springtime fun outdoors.
End of the Year Picnic

Graduation, a picnic, class awards, and sad goodbyes! The children take the stage one last time as we celebrate the achievements of all our scholars and bid farewell to many we've grown to love who will be moving on to Kindergarten. Families and friends are invited to picnic with us one last time. It's a grand celebration of yet another wonderful year at Little Tykes University.
