About Us

Little Tykes University is Gillette's newest professional preschool offering preschool education for children at an affordable price. Little Tykes University offers kindergarten readiness programs to help children prepare for the big world of public school. Understanding that parents are the first and best teachers a child will have and the home is the best place to learn, we are here to be the second best, your support system and a part of your child's team.

Little Tykes University is currently located in the white historic building on the corner of Brooks Avenue and Third Street in Gillette, Wyoming. This unique location provides easy access, plenty of parking, beautiful landscape, a stage, and a building that has many stories to tell!

Our goal is to provide early childhood education to as many children in our community as possible. We believe that every family and child should have access to a high quality education at an affordable price. Our price point was selected based off of the current needs in our community.

As a class, we explore our big world through hands on activities and real life experiences. We reach only for the stars and make super fun messes along the way. We learn how to respect ourselves and others. When children say " I can't do it", we say "yes you can!" Learning to do hard things encourages growth, builds self esteem, and confidence. At Little Tykes University, we produce strong students and a strong community one child at a  time.
